Contribute to the smooth operation of our cutting-edge digital banking platform. As a Velocity Operations Intern within Group Operations & Technology, you’ll play a key role in documenting and improving our processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers utilizing the Velocity platform.
How you succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality documentation. You’ll excel at learning new processes, creating clear and concise instructions, and adhering to project timelines.
What you do
You’ll be directly involved in:
- Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Velocity with clear instructions and illustrative screenshots of key processes.
- Contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency through detailed and accurate documentation.
Who you work with
Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services and managing the Group’s IT operations & cyber defence 24/7. This team is focused on end-to-end transaction fulfillment services, allowing customers to focus on growth. Velocity is a key component of our digital banking strategy.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Familiar with taking screenshots and using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
- Able to commit to the timeline for SOP completion.
