What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Support & Execution: Support the planning and execution of key business transformation initiatives, specifically within our Intelligent Document Processing and Digital Paperless initiatives – contributing to a more efficient and sustainable future for OCBC.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Assist in mapping current banking processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through data collection and analysis, developing your analytical skills in a real-world setting.
- Project Documentation & Tools: Prepare project user stories, test scripts, and plans, gaining practical experience with industry-standard project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Data Management: Support the creation of data training and testing sets, learning how data drives the success of transformation projects.
- Change Management Support: Collaborate with project teams to implement change management activities, including crafting communication plans and training materials, gaining valuable experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Help track the progress of transformation projects by maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder feedback and contribute to solution design.
- Communication & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate transformation milestones and outcomes to internal teams.
