What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the tracking and reporting of progress for key technology projects and programs.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of essential project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and status updates.
- Helping to manage project plans, risk logs, issue logs, and change requests.
- Contributing to data analysis and visualization to monitor project performance metrics.
- Participating in project reviews and contributing to initiatives to improve our project delivery processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across OCBC to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and established project delivery methodologies.
Who you work with
You’ll be joining the Group Technology Projects team – a central function responsible for driving the successful delivery of OCBC’s strategic technology initiatives. You’ll collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical experts across the organization, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Possesses a strong interest in technology and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
- Demonstrates an analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
