Contribute to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our customer service operations. As a Quality & Service Management Intern within Group Operations & Technology, you’ll play a key role in standardizing our service offerings and improving our complaint management reporting, directly impacting the customer experience.
How you succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proficiency in data management and visualization. You’ll excel at consolidating information, identifying inconsistencies, and designing clear and effective dashboards.
What you do
You’ll be directly involved in:
- Consolidating and refining the Service Catalogue across multiple processing countries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Streamlining and enhancing Complaint Management Reporting processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Applying your understanding of data management principles to structure, store, and retrieve data effectively.
- Designing dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Who you work with
Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services and managing the Group’s IT operations & cyber defence 24/7. This team is focused on end-to-end transaction fulfillment services, allowing customers to focus on growth. The Quality & Service Management team ensures we consistently deliver exceptional service.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Possesses an understanding of data management principles (structure, storage, retrieval) and relevant tools.
- Demonstrates skills in dashboard design and data visualization.
- A proactive and organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
