What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technology Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across key technology areas, identifying vulnerabilities, control gaps, and potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts (using languages like Python and PowerShell) to streamline manual risk assessment processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Regulatory Compliance Analysis: Perform gap analysis on regional regulatory notices and advisories, assessing OCBC’s compliance posture and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Remediation Support: Support the implementation of remediation actions to address identified vulnerabilities and enhance our control environment.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate risk assessment findings and compliance status to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to prioritize remediation efforts and strengthen the overall control environment.

Who you work with

Control Assurance & Regulatory Compliance within Risk and Prevention is a critical function responsible for protecting OCBC from a wide range of risks. You’ll work alongside experienced risk professionals, compliance specialists, and technology experts, gaining valuable insights and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:
