Job Description: 

  • The candidate will assist in the bank’s system modernisation project in a business analyst role. Key scope includes:
  • Define detailed user stories based on business requirements, ensuring that they follow prescribed format. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers are able to estimate and work with them.
  • Define detailed business processes. Coordinate with various stakeholders in to get detailed requirements, and ensure that they are met through proposed solution.
  • Actively participate and work closely with various Business and IT stakeholders to manage project milestones and activities and ensure key deliverables meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate and support operational user acceptance testing
  • Contribute in adhoc department assignments and drive value within the business.

 

Qualifications

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to apply critical thinking to evaluate and analyze existing business processes, and uncover areas for improvements.
  • Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing clear documentation.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clarify requirements
