What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Business Management team in driving process excellence, project management, and testing initiatives.
- Assisting in the planning of workshops and the development of scorecards, metrics, and financial reporting to track departmental performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system automation solutions.
- Contributing to the adoption of new ways of working to deliver faster, better, and more cost-efficient service to both internal and external customers.
- Acting as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.
Who you work with
You’ll be joining the Business Management team within Treasury Operations – a dynamic group focused on optimizing processes and driving innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Treasury and other departments, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a leading financial institution.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Possesses good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels.
- A quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to change.
- Proficient in Excel macros and Python programming.
- Knowledge of common treasury products such as FX and Securities is a plus.
