Gain a broad understanding of risk governance and policy development within a leading financial institution. As a Group Risk Policy Intern within Group Risk Management, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring OCBC’s risk management framework is robust, consistent, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

What you do

You’ll be directly involved in:

  • Supporting the Group Policy Manager in Group-wide policy management matters.
  • Assisting with the organization and facilitation of policy management forums.
  • Maintaining the policy inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supporting the policy attestation process to confirm adherence to established guidelines.
  • Contributing to policy writing initiatives, assisting with research and drafting of policy documents.
  • Developing a high-level understanding of banking and risk management principles through practical experience.
  • Networking with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in banking and risk management.
