Drive the compliance and governance in the area of certification, change management, outsource team management and other project or program management of the business operations to the agreed standard to meet business objectives
Change Management
- Lead and manage the end-to-end process (including working with multiple stakeholders) for change requests that impacts Enterprise customers
- Ensure governance in infrastructure change requests as well as timely support and completion of activities related to change management
- Enforce strong control environment and its associated change management metrics
- Facilitate and provide support to CAB Chaiman and his committee on change requests
- Identify and lead service improvement initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the change process whilst maintaining the rigour and governance required
- Reporting on Change Management KPIs
- Document and maintain the Change Management Procedures and Operations Manual
- Work with different stakeholders including requestors, service managers and change notification teams to ensure compliance of the change requests according to the change guidelines
- Contribute in the maintenance and improvement of strategic change management tools by participating in stories development and testing activities
Certification Program Planning and Management
- Drive certification program and ensure audit readiness and execution of compliance standards
- Work with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate certification programmes including information gathering and directing compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for attention
- Providing timely and regular reporting of assigned tasks such as monitoring and tracking statuses of various certification progress status to Management
- Identifying process gaps and propose improvements when necessary.
- Ensure all procedures and processes are documented, updated and approved as required by the standards.
- Ensure all abnormalities or non-compliances are followed up with corrective actions and reviews.
- Manage the Internal Audit to ensure readiness prior to external audits.
- Provide updates to the Vice President (VP) or his appointed Management Representative (MR) through Management Review Meetings
- Act as the audit representative on behalf of the VP/MR for all external audits
- Act as the SPOC for all consultants engaged for the certification program
- Procurement of consultancy services and certification services according to the Singtel procurement guidelines
Management of Outsource Team
- Define the Scope of Works to outsource team
- Manage the outsource team and their deliverables
- Review outsource team performance based on agreed KPI
- Review and approve the billing for outsource team
Program / Project Management
- Plan, manage, track and deliver assigned projects to completion
- Provide support to other programs or projects as required
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business/IT
- At least 5 years of experience in
- IT / Telco environment managing infrastructure / IT governance, certification program, change and risk management.
- Minimum working experience with ISO27k or ISO22301 or ISO9K and ISO20K as consultant or auditor or lead user.
- Good to have Certification in risk management such as ISO31000.
- Good to have professional ISO Certification (e.g. ISO9K or 20K or 22301 or 27K etc)
