We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to drive the development and onboarding of channel partners, including independent software vendors (ISV), Software as a Service (SaaS) providers, consultants and system integrators (SIs), into our RE:AI ecosystem. 

In this role, you will identify, engage, and manage key channel relationships to expand the adoption of our AI cloud services. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of AI, cloud technology, and channel ecosystem strategies, along with a proven track record in building scalable partnerships with consultants and SIs. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on execution and direct engagement with channel partners.

1. Channel Partner Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard channel partners, including consultants and SIs, into the RE:AI ecosystem.
  • Identify, prioritize, and establish strategic partnerships with consultants and SIs to integrate RE:AI solutions into their service offerings.
  • Assess the financial, operational, and strategic value of potential partnerships to align with business objectives

 

2. Ecosystem Growth & Enablement

  • Build a robust ecosystem of channel partners by developing targeted engagement programs.
  • Develop resources, technical enablement strategies, and partner onboarding processes to accelerate consultant and SI adoption of RE:AI.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key channel partners, fostering strong relationships and driving joint success

 

3. Go-to-Market Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Sales teams to develop joint go-to-market plans with consultants and SIs.
  • Drive partner co-selling and marketing efforts, identifying joint sales opportunities and scalable revenue models with channel partners

 

4. Industry Networking & Thought Leadership

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote RE:AI and expand its channel partner ecosystem.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging SI and consultant business models, and competitive landscapes to refine ecosystem strategies

 

 5. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define success metrics and KPIs to track channel partner ecosystem performance.
  • Establish ROE and engagement process for lead and opportunities in joint go to market between RE:AI and partner.
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven recommendations to optimize partner engagement and growth

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Experience: 10+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management, preferably in AI or Cloud industries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute channel partnership strategies that drive business growth.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and RE:AI solutions, with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with consultants and SIs.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in defining and tracking partnership KPIs to measure success.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

 

Mandatory Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with channel partners, including consultants and SIs on ecosystem building and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of SI business models, cloud environments, and AI PaaS services offered by cloud providers.
  • Familiarity with open-source communities and developer ecosystem engagement.
  • Proven ability to independently create and scale channel partnership programs from the ground up
