About the role  

  • You will be responsible for managing Digital, Cloud, and Data technology projects by maintaining project governance standards, templates, reports, and documentation. 

  • Track and monitor project status, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across assigned initiatives.  

  • Coordinate with  architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones and quality requirements are met. 

  • Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and governance forums 

  • Contribute to project financial updates including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and resource planning support. 

  • Provide coordination support during workshops, sprint planning, project meetings, and other delivery-related activities.  

  • Communicate project updates and follow-ups to stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of challenges or blockers. 

 

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or any related field 

  • Minimum of 4 years of e xperience in Project management for Tech projects or IT audit 

  • Prior experience working in a consulting firm 

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) 

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.  

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.  

  • Preferred but not required: PMP/CAPM, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISA, or cloud certifications.
