Overview
The Junior Client Relationship Manager – Asset & Wealth Management Services (AWMS) supports the management and development of client relationships with Family Offices, Fund Managers, and Asset Owners. Working closely with internal specialist teams, the role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client engagement, seamless coordination of services, and consistent relationship coverage across the AWMS platform.
This role is client facing and relationship driven, balancing responsiveness, commercial awareness, and service coordination to support long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management

Act as a relationship support point for a portfolio of Family Offices, Fund Managers, and Asset Owners.

Build and maintain trusted working relationships through regular client engagement, follow-ups, and proactive communication.

Support the planning and execution of structured client touchpoints, including quarterly relationship reviews for established clients and more frequent interactions for priority or growth accounts, as required.

Maintain accurate and up–to–date records of client interactions, preferences, and service requirements.
2. Client Servicing, Coordination & Regulatory Oversight

Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client queries, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-through.

Coordinate across internal teams to support the delivery of AWMS offerings, including fund administration & fund accounting, regulatory & compliance services (e.g. ongoing compliance obligations, filings, governance support), corporate secretarial services, tax advisory, tax structuring, and ongoing tax compliance.

Track client requests and regulatory deliverables through to completion, ensuring timelines, documentation, and approvals are appropriately managed.

Escalate service, regulatory, or compliance issues to senior team members where required to maintain quality, accuracy, and risk control.
3. Regulatory, Compliance & Tax Advisory Relationship Support

Support relationship coverage for clients with regulatory and compliance requirements, tax advisory and structuring needs, particularly in fund manager and family office contexts.

Coordinate between clients and internal compliance, risk and regulatory as well as tax specialists to ensure clear communication of requirements and timelines and smooth progression of deliverables.

Develop a strong understanding of how relevant regulatory frameworks and/or tax considerations applicable to client operating and investment structures.
4. Client Experience & Relationship Outcomes

Contribute to positive client experiences through responsiveness, consistency, and attention to detail.

Support relationship continuity by identifying potential issues early and addressing them constructively.

Assist in periodic reviews and feedback exercises, helping to identify areas for improvement and strengthen client confidence.

Play an active role in maintaining stable, long-term client relationships through dependable day-to-day engagement.
5. Business Support & Growth Exposure

Support Senior Business Development Managers in identifying opportunities for deepening existing client relationships and introducing additional AWMS and other service offerings where relevant.

Assist with preparation for client pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Participate in client events, meetings, and industry engagements alongside senior team members.
6. Reporting, Billing & Accountability

Assist with monitoring billing, fee arrangements, and recovery matters for assigned clients.

Ensure client information and engagement records support accurate reporting and relationship oversight.

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with a proactive and accountable approach.
7. Risk & Professional Standards

Uphold the firm’s risk, compliance, and quality standards in all client interactions.

Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitivities, or red flags in a timely manner.

Ensure communications and documentation are accurate, professional, and aligned with internal policies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax, or a related discipline.

At least 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, asset management, fund services, tax, or professional services.

Prior exposure to Family Offices, Fund Managers, Asset Owners, or financial services clients is advantageous.
