Assistant Store Management

How you succeed

You’ll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our store operations are compliant and efficient.

What you do
– Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
– Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
– Manage store operations, including customer complaints and feedback
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Who you are
– A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
– At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
