- Revitalise and grow Singtel’s established SME loyalty programme, Taste of Red, by introducing new engagement strategies, customer journeys, and loyalty mechanics.
- Bring fresh ideas and a new perspective to make SME loyalty more relevant and exciting for Singtel customers.
- Help grow the milestone recognition programme, planning and executing special recognitions that celebrate customer loyalty and deepen engagement.
- Collaborate with key partners like UOB and yuu Rewards to launch joint campaigns, integrate loyalty benefits, and create unique experiences for Singtel customers.

Make an Impact by
SME Loyalty Programme Growth
- Lead the evolution of Taste of Red by designing engagement strategies, customer journeys, and loyalty mechanics that foster long-term relationships with SME customers.
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to make the programme more relevant and exciting for SME customers.
Milestone Recognition Expansion
- Help grow and implement milestone recognition programmes that celebrate customer loyalty and reinforce long-term engagement.
- Communicate and celebrate milestone recognition to drive engagement and retention.
AI‑Enabled Personalisation and Decisioning
- Work with the various teams to support the rollout of AI‑driven personalisation, connecting the SME and consumer loyalty programmes to Singtel’s central decisioning engine.
- Help translate customer insights and data signals into meaningful personalised journeys, offers, and milestone moments within the app and other channels.
- Contribute ideas on how AI and automation can enhance milestone recognition and ongoing loyalty engagement
Partnership Collaboration
- Work closely with partners like UOB and yuu Rewards to co-create campaigns, integrate loyalty benefits, and deliver unique loyalty experiences for Singtel customers.
- Support joint marketing initiatives and operational coordination with partner teams.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, digital, and CRM, to deliver seamless, connected loyalty experiences for both SMEs and consumers.
- Track and report on loyalty metrics such as retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve the programme.
Skills for Success
- Fresh graduates from University or Polytechnic, with a passion for business, marketing, or digital experiences.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and bring new ideas to an established programme.
- Comfortable with data, digital tools, and teamwork, and excited to grow both SME loyalty and milestone recognition, and AI‑driven personalisation for Singtel customers.
