Singtel Group is seeking a highly organised and analytically strong Manager to support the acceleration of AI deployment and time to value. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in digital/technology strategy, analytics, transformation, partnerships, or consulting.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct sensing and analysis to help Singtel stay ahead of AI trends
  • Establish strong internal partnerships across Singtel Operating Companies and Regional Associates to accelerate AI deployment and amplify AI value
  • Establish strong external partnerships with technology companies, government and AI communities to boost Singtel’s brand
  • Maintain accurate and timely AI KPI and value tracking to support leadership decisions
  • Manage AI projects to ensure timely delivery

 

Make an Impact by

 

AI Innovation Series

  • Conduct market scans, competitor research and stakeholder interviews for priority themes.
  • Develop Theme Insight Pack drafts and research summaries.
  • Coordinate joint learning sessions with technology partners and internal teams.
  • Document outcomes and support development of Group approaches for each theme.

 

Internal Partnerships

  • Organise AI Practice sessions and regional AI forums to facilitate cross sharing, joint learning and to catalyse collaborations

 

External partnerships

  • Plan and implement external engagement events
  • Establish and maintain relationship with external partners, identify collaborations that benefit Singtel’s AI journey

 

Communications & Engagement

  • Support the Group AI narrative through well-structured content and materials.
  • Prepare presentations, briefs and communications for internal forums and leadership updates.

 

AI KPIs & Value Tracking

  • Coordinate collection of AI KPI and value data from BUs/OpCos.
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking documents; ensure data accuracy.
  • Produce concise insights and summaries for leadership reporting.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or related field
  • Evidence of continuous learning in AI or data analytics (courses, certifications, industry credentials
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in innovation/strategy, market intelligence, partnerships/ecosystem, program management, or transformation(AI/digital experience preferred).
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and delivering learning sessions, forums, and events, including end-to-end coordination.
  • Experience working with external partners (e.g., technology vendors, hyperscalers, startups, academia) and shaping collaboration opportunities.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise AI adoption
  • Understanding of innovation themes, market/competitor landscapes, and how to structure research into actionable outputs.
  • Familiarity with KPI/value tracking approaches for transformation program
