This role supports the Director, Strategy & Business and works closely with the CEO of Singtel International Digital Services (IDS) to enable effective execution of company-level strategy, business cadences, and organisational initiatives.

Operating from the IDS CEO Office perspective, the role spans four core business pillars and serves as a central coordination and execution function. It is a high-exposure, execution-intensive role that requires strong coordination skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports the day-to-day operations of the IDS CEO Office, including meeting management, business planning cycles, strategy execution, business cadence governance, townhalls, and staff engagement activities. It provides critical support in strategy development, key project management, and the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives, working closely with the Director, Strategy & Business to ensure timely execution, alignment, and smooth coordination across stakeholders.

Make an Impact by:

  • Support company-level strategy and business planning activities by carrying out industry research, market scans, and background studies across Singapore, Southeast Asia, China, and Hong Kong, and synthesising insights for leadership use.
  • Assist the Director, Strategy & Business in the preparation of reports, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials for strategy discussions, business reviews, and leadership communications.
  • Coordinate engagements with external consulting firms and partners, including meeting preparation, workshop logistics, tracking of deliverables, and consolidation of outputs.
  • Work across IDS business pillars, coordinating with the CEO, CCO, business heads, and agile squads to ensure alignment, information flow, and timely execution of company-level initiatives.
  • Act as a central coordination and execution support from a CEO Office perspective, supporting ad-hoc business requests and ensuring follow-through on priority initiatives.
  • Administer and support business cadence management, including monthly and quarterly reviews, by tracking KPIs, milestones, and action items across business units.
  • Coordinate, execute and support the planning and execution of company-level events and organisational initiatives, such as townhalls, leadership meetings, offsites, team-building activities and any other events required.
  • Manage meeting logistics and documentation, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and post-meeting action tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating inputs from internal teams (e.g. finance, HR, product, country units) and consolidating them into structured updates for leadership.
  • Maintain structured trackers, documentation, and information repositories to support continuity, transparency, and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline with 1–5 years of relevant work experience; or Diploma in Business or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Relevant experience may include business operations, strategy support, consulting support, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills, with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business dashboards and tools such as Think-cell, PowerBI, Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional meetings, including stakeholder coordination, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and craft concise, compelling narratives.
  • Prior exposure to telecommunications, cloud, technology, or digital platform businesses is a plus.
