Business TV Product Marketing Manager is critical to lead, manage and provide service revenue fulfilment of Singtel TV services to the Enterprise customers.
The key portfolio of the role includes commercial management, GTM planning, delivery and operation suppport of the TV solutions to the Enterprise and Business Segment.
Make an Impact by
Lead and manage TV solutions for enterprise/business segment customers, in particularly focus on hospitality clients, e.g. hotels, hospitals, service apartments, etc.
- Lead IPTV solution vendor management (Maintenance and support contract)
- Lead TV equipment/ solutions Go-To-Market planning and pricing management
- Support Sales team with innovative TV solution proposal to win over deals.
- Oversee hospitality projects delivery and ensure customer satisfaction with on time delivery to the customer premises.
- Daily operations management with vendor’s support on business client’s TV operational matters.
Skills for Success
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business/engineering. Project management experience and skills would be advantages.
- At least 3 years experience in product marketing or GTM roles, with a focus on B2B segments
- Strong stakeholder management to lead equipment and TV solutions vendor management. Collaborative with business clients for the end to end delivery engagement.
- Fundamental video broadcasting and headend knowledge would be advantageous. Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to distill technical details into benefit-led narratives.
- Ability to conduct deep-dive benchmarking against enterprise competitors to inform pricing strategy, product roadmap priorities, and win/loss analysis
