The Manager, Corp Transformation supports the digital agenda of corporate functions through driving automation initiatives and using technology to develop innovative solutions that directly impact business processes.
Make An Impact By
Scope, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions
- Automation Development: Design, build, and implement automation workflows using Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Solution Design: Work with business stakeholders and analyst to identify opportunities for process automation. Design RPA solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Integration: Integrate Power Automate with a wide range of enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), third-party systems, and APIs.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for optimization, improving performance, and ensuring error handling and logging mechanisms are in place.
- Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they operate correctly and meet defined business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed documentation for workflows, automation processes, and system configurations. Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and other team members.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of automated processes and ensure they remain functional and efficient. Provide support for troubleshooting and addressing operational issues related to automation solution.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and operations teams, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions.
Skills to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the area of Power Automate development or any RPA tool
- Expertise in Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, HTTP requests, and connectors.
- Familiarity with automation best practices such as error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
- Certifications in any of the automation tool will be a plus
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills, Innovation, growth mindset, Presentation skills and good stakeholder management
