Make an Impact by:
Agile Process Facilitation
- Guide Dash squads in the effective adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support backlog grooming and help the team stay aligned with the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Coach team members and remove delivery impediments while escalating unresolved issues appropriately
Delivery Enablement & Performance Monitoring
- Ensure seamless coordination between Product Owners, Developers, QA, DevOps, and external vendors to support sprint goals.
- Track and report key Agile delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, burndown) to foster data-driven improvement.
- Ensure changes, deployments, and releases comply with established change and release governance
Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Provide regular updates to IT management on delivery progress, risks, blockers, and squad performance.
- Proactively identify, document, and mitigate delivery risks in coordination with program and business stakeholders.
- Represent the team in governance forums and delivery assurance checkpoints
Tooling, Workflow & Documentation
- Administer and support Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs, sprints, and delivery workflows.
- Maintain documentation of sprint artifacts (plans, demo recordings, retrospectives) in support of audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with project managers and auditors during periodic compliance reviews
Project Management
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, issue logs, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Drive execution of both Agile and hybrid waterfall-Agile project deliveries depending on initiative complexity
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Dash squads, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and infrastructure/DevOps teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Coordinate vendor deliverables, track contract milestones, and support procurement processes where required.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 5+ years of combined experience in IT project management and Scrum Master roles, preferably in fintech or regulated industries.
- Experience managing Agile delivery using tools like Jira, Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps pipelines.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
