We are seeking a dedicated and innovative People Experience (PX) Manager with a strong focus on enhancing the employee journey and delivering a persona-led experience. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that improve every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and engaging workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Journey Mapping: Develop and refine employee journey maps to identify key moments that matter and enhance the overall experience.
- Persona-Led Experience Design: Create tailored employee experiences by leveraging data-driven personas and insights.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Enhancement: Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, engaging, and high-impact transition for employees.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Employee Insights & Feedback: Lead the design and execution of feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather employee sentiment and inform experience improvements.
- HR Technology & Digital Enablement: Utilize HR technology and automation to personalize and enhance employee interactions.
- Change Management & Communication: Develop and execute change management strategies to support HR and business transformation initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders to ensure alignment between PX initiatives and business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Define key experience metrics, track trends, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance the employee experience.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- IHRP certified.
- 8 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, or Organizational Development, with a strong focus on journey mapping and persona-led initiatives.
- Proven ability to design and execute employee experience programs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage employee data and insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms and digital tools to enhance employee experience (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change.
- Passion for creating meaningful and impactful employee experiences.
