The Marketing Manager for Content, Communications & Analyst Engagement sits within Enterprise Marketing & Innovations and is accountable for transforming customer, market, and analyst insights into high-impact narratives and assets that build credibility, generate demand, and influence enterprise buyers and industry influencers.

 

  • Orchestrate an integrated content and communications engine that plans, creates, publishes, and amplifies solution-centric stories across owned, earned, and paid channels to strengthen Singtel’s brand preference and drive qualified pipeline.
  • Lead analyst engagement activities to ensure accurate representation of Singtel’s strategy and capabilities, proactive participation in key evaluations, and consistent message pull-through across analyst reports, briefings, and citations.
  • Translate customer, industry, and analyst insights into actionable plans that shape both content strategy and analyst engagement; uphold governance standards (brand, legal, approvals); and equip Sales with timely, relevant narratives that support conversions.

 

 

 

Skills for Success:

  • Clear, consistent stories reaching the right enterprise audiences
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with proven experience in distilling enterprise insights and market data into impactful content and analyst strategies.
  • The candidate must have a background in B2B technology marketing and communications, and hands-on familiarity with martech and digital asset management platforms.
  • Measurable lift in MQLs influenced by content and improved digital conversion rates.
  • Stronger analyst recognition and positioning across Singtel’s priority categories
