Merchant Business – Implementation and Operations Manager

As a key member of our Payments team, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth and strengthening partnerships with our clients. You’ll work closely with our sales teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. It’s a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical expertise, and collaboration.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and identify areas where our payments solutions can add value. You’ll work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide technical support to drive sales growth. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights will be critical to your success.
What you do
– Merchant Onboarding & Implementation, including requirements gathering and solution design
– Project Management where Implementation timelines and Milestones are formulated, tracked
– Serve as the primary liaison between merchants to document business/technical requirements
– Stakeholder Coordination between Internal Team and External stakeholders
– Support Solution Configuration & Testing, which includes SIT, UAT, PAT
– Provide Post-Implementation Support after Merchant GO-LIVE
– Drive key merchant relationships in going LIVE, including supporting the ongoing testing, verification of test plans, certification of the terminal and ensuring that all payment parameters are implemented
– Project management for key merchant relationships, bringing all relevant stakeholders to deliver payment initiatives including usage and marketing
Who you are
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, or any related field
– The candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of relevant implementation experience
– Excellent Project Management and Organization skills
– Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to deliver project on time
– Problem-solving mindset with attention to details
