What you do
Ability to manage and hedge flows/risk from Market Making via electronic distribution channels. Ability to manage pricing as appropriate over various Trading sessions and market conditions. Good analytical ability to deep dive into Client, Market and System Data. Should have a good understanding and experience in FX, NDF, Swaps and Precious Metals. Should have a good understanding of electronic Trading Channels. Ability to collaborate and work with various teams such as Sales, Development, Support Teams and Inter-Divisional Teams. Have the ability to develop and implement new Strategies. Ability to support Voice Market Making when needed. Will be the primary coverage for New York Trading session (0000hrs – 0800hrs SGT), but with flexibility to rotate and cover various Trading Sessions (SG/LDN) when needed Have the ability to work independently. - Knowledge of Coding Programs would be recommended

Qualifications
Who you are
At least 3 years of experience in FX trading, with a strong understanding of global FX markets and instruments (FX/NDF/Precious Metals). A proven track record of successful trading and risk management, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong technical skills, with experience in trading systems, algorithms, and data analytics.
