What do you do

RAN Maintenance

  • Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on RAN equipment.

  • Manage the daily operations and upkeep of RAN systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve network performance issues.

  • Implement updates and upgrades for RAN components.

  • Monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the RAN network.

  • Perform maintenance on Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Video Management Systems (VMS)

RF Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct RF testing and optimization for outdoor 4G and upcoming 5G in-building projects.

  • Troubleshoot, design, and plan RF network coverage using RF test tools such as spectrum analyzers

SysCon Operations

  • Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, and provide updates to customers.

  • Liaise with maintenance agencies and building owners, and assist with log retrieval.

  • Service new user equipment (UEs), perform software updates, confirm failures, and assist with device tracking or remote wipe.

  • Provide basic software support and troubleshooting, escalating issues to vendors when necessary

General

  • Support the Project Team in meeting project milestones and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure work quality and timely completion.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.

  • Able to travel offshore, perform standby duties and shift work, and climb Jacob Ladders when required
