We are looking for experienced mortgage advisor to join our team. This role involves working closely with our customers and team to manage mortgage loans and application. Focusing on our personal, premier (onshore and offshore) and PPC banking clients.
Responsibilities include :
- Collaboration with Relationship Manager from branches to gather mortgage referrals through providing support, encouragement, and knowledge.
- Providing advice to customers from diverse backgrounds and education level to obtain a mortgage loan.
- Assess and process loan application for credit approval.
- Proactively engage branches and conduct sales activities in order to meet sales target.
Qualifications
You should have:
- Proven track record in mortgage sales and experience.
- Drive and motivation to meet the sales targets.
- Strong and reliable customer-service skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
