The OCBC Graduate Talent Programme, or commonly known as the Management Associate Programme, is one of the most exciting and acclaimed routes a graduate can take to kickstart their career.

 

 

Designed for graduates with up to 2 years of working experience, the OCBC Graduate Talent Programme will help you build a strong foundation in banking to achieve your career goals in the finance industry. Throughout the 24-month programme, you will experience curated job rotations to help you succeed in your role. You will also be mentored by some of the best in the business. Qualifications

·       Graduating by June 2025

·       Less than 2 years of working experience as of 1 July 2025 (commencement date of GTP 2025)
