Requirements:
Onsitepropertyrentals needs LICENSED virtual Property Managers and Realtors to join our Property Management Team located in USA. The responsibilities included in this position are to coordinate all mail and invoices and tenant maintenance calls daily, provide administrative support to Property Managers, maintain property files, track rent receipts, nurture tenant relationships, and assist with the yearly budget process. All this will be done on a particular property management software, which we will provide in detail. You will be in charge of handling everything on the property management software.
Salary:
