Group Wealth Operations
Description
· Perform operational activities pertaining to margin calls and collateral maintenance
· Perform maintenance activities relating to Unit Trust Funds
· Ensure processing accuracy of all work performed
· Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels
· Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies
· Support any other tasks related to reconciliation and report preparation activities
· Handle queries from internal stakeholders, external counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers
· Participate in on-going IT system enhancement, testing, launching & implementing of new system and new business initiatives
· Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
· Diploma Holder or above
· Good product & banking knowledge
· Meticulous and have a keen eye for details
· Able to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks from time to time
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player
· Able to multi-task and adapt to changes
· Good inter-personal skills
