Description
The work location is based at Tampines.
- Assist in digital transformation initiatives within the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and monitor progress.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of project processes and procedures.
- Provide backup support for processing tasks as needed.
- Ensure seamless operations during staff absences or peak periods.
- Oversees budgeting processes and optimize financial planning
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights.
- Create reports and visualization on key performance index (KPI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Business IT, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience in project management, budgeting, or data analytics.
- Fresh Grads are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in project management methodlogy such as SCRUM and Agile will be advantageous.
- Banking domain knowledge in the area of Consumer Loans.
