As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Delegating responsibilities to team members to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
  • Reviewing your work and your team’s work for quality, accuracy and relevance
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
  • Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client’s businesses
  • Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in Southeast Asia and potentially internationally.
  • Where needed, carry out additional responsibilities such as gathering requirements, evaluating project requirements based on clients’ specifications, creating requirements specifications and detailing processes, scheduling client meetings to discuss project issues, performing regular quality assurance checks on activities, preparing design document, designing training materials and other project related tasks

Preferred skills

  • Experience in delivering financial systems implementations, preferably in financial services industry
  • A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation projects covering any of the Oracle EPM modules: FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS, TRCS and EPRCS.
  • A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation on On-premise and/or Oracle EPM Cloud
  • Implementation experience in ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, Data Management, Rules, Financial Reports and Forms
  • Understands P&L, balance sheet and cash flow development.
  • Good understanding of documentation of Functional Specification Document
  • Work closely with different integration teams like IT, ERP & Business Intelligence teams.
  • Should have the ability to lead the Project.
  • Should be good at preparing and delivering end user training.
  • Troubleshoot system business rules and data load procedures.
  • Able to support Senior team members on Business Development activities
  • Good understanding of PCMCS dimensions
  • Should have enough knowledge in writing allocation rules in Oracle PCMCS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Oracle Specialism or Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum preferably Accountancy or IT
