The People Operations Executive is part of People Operations Department providing operational and administrative support in the Employee Life Cycle Process for Singtel Group.
Responsibilities:
- Partner People & Culture Partners, Talent Acquisition and other departments to issue lifecycle letters. Lifecycle letters include Letters of Appointment, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, etc
- Apply, renew and arrange collection of Work Pass and Dependent Pass
- Create employees’ profiles and handle personal details update in the HR System
- Maintain & troubleshoot the Bot/PowerApp workflow
- Prepare reports on MOM quota
- Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operations.
The ideal candidate must have/be:
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
- IHRP certification is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment involving multiple stakeholder
