Make an Impact by:
- Technical Leadership: – Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and directions to team members in terms of new technology adoption with respect to network security technology and services
- Life cycle management planning for the list of Data Center infrastructure and security platforms managed by the Network Security Engineering team that includes:

- VDI(Virtual Dashtop Infrastructure),
- MFA(Multi Factor Authentication),
- PIAM(Physical Identity and Access Management),
- VA(Vulnerability assessment tools),
- SIAM (Service Integration and Management),
- EDR/NDR/EDR(Endpoint, Network & Extended Detection and Response),
- IP routers, switches and Firewalls
- Quantum safe network.

- Budget Planning and Management

- Developing Budget Plans: Create and manage budget plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Forecasting Expenses: Forecast expenses and revenues to ensure accurate budget planning.
- Tracking Expenses: Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget limits.
- Identifying Cost Savings: Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Managing Budget Variances: Analyze and manage budget variances, making adjustments as needed.
- Administer the department operating/capital expenditures.

- Project Management: Oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and effective resource allocation.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the team, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Engineering major in Security and System Management.
- Familiar with security standardization and compliance enforcement practice is preferred.
- Possess good analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification
- Familiar with best practices in security enforcement in systems deployed in both physical or virtualized / cloud technology will be an added advantage
- Strong interest in system and process automation with good knowledge in automation tools e.g. Ansible. Resolve, UI Patch, RPA.
- Candidate with certification on Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).CCNA and/or CCNP is desirable.
