Description
Office location will be at Tampines.
A. Job Purpose
Handle daily processing of customers’ requests for Velocity Onboarding and Maintenance on a timely and accurate basis.
B. Core Functions & Responsibilities
Verify completeness of application / request forms from customers to ensure that:
o all mandatory fields are filled in
o details and requirements of requests are clearly stated
o amendments on the forms are properly countersigned
o required supporting documents are complete and provided
Process requests for Velocity onboarding & maintenance for all verified requests within SLA timeline
Liaise with Business Units on clarifications needed
Attend to queries from Business Units on processing status
Escalate issues/anomalies detected immediately to direct Supervisor / Team Lead / Head of Section
C. Key Productivity Indicators (KPIs)
SLA – 100% of requests are processed within agreed SLA
Error Rate – Zero error due to human oversight /error
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English, able to communicate with stakeholders clearly
- Quick typing skills and familiar with MS Word, MS Excel
- Fast worker, meticulous, attention to details
- Ability to work under stress
- Flexibility to working overtime if required
