Make an Impact by:

  • Serve as the primary SPOC for managing the Enterprise Mobility Go-To-Market calendar, ensuring the synergy of the positioning across products, coordinating across Product Managers and the Product Marketing team to launch mobile products and tailored enterprise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, including the development of impactful sales enablement tools that support sales and frontline teams. Oversee service launches and decommissions with clear, aligned internal and external communications.
  • Act as the main custodian of Enterprise Mobility content on platforms such as Singtel.com, ensuring all product and service information is accurate and regularly updated.
  • Manage the customer communications database, including coordination with Sales on exclusion lists due to business considerations, and execute direct communications via SMS and eDM platforms.
  • Support Sales and Business Development initiatives by customizing product presentations to align with specific customer use cases, industry verticals, or event showcases, ensuring relevance and impact in client engagements.
  • Support Product Managers in overseeing product lifecycle activities, including service retirements, transitions, and migrations to ensure smooth customer and operational impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and future planning.
  • Track market trends and competitor offerings to inform product enhancements and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Oversee product-related budgets and expenditures, including the processing of purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts (GRS) in compliance with financial procedures.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or enterprise communications.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and content platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications or enterprise services is a plus.
