Global Transaction Banking – Cash Management
Description
This role will be responsible for leading the GTB Agile squads to deliver the product vision and road map of the SME banking and transaction banking platforms in partnership with business, customer experience and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the agile squads as lead product owner to deliver the product build roadmaps required to support the business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments
- Gain in-depth understanding of SME and wholesale businesses to articulate platforms vision and identified features/capabilities for the platforms
- Be accountable for delivery of the build roadmaps by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised with businesses are published regularly
- Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders to refine the platforms; lead the squads to work towards optimising the product value based on the feedback
- Innovate in the use of new technologies to uplift the performance, quality and efficiency of the squads.
- Manage regional transformation and platform refresh projects in line with the transaction banking strategy.
- Manage modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user or regulatory needs
Qualifications
Key Requirements
Demonstrated passion for transformative user experiences - Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a reputable university / college
- At least 15-20 years of relevant experience in corporate internet and mobile banking systems in financial institutions and at least 5-8 years of experience in leading agile squads
- Experience in managing a product line in a Fintech company or Big Tech company will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders
- Experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Competency in Jira and Confluence
