We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Outsourcing services as part of the Singtel Network Solutions and Services’ business that has a relentless pursuit for excellence, is a great communicator, and can work with teams with various levels of experience to help create solutions to a wide range of problems.

This role will be responsible for designing, evangelizing, and proposing modern Outsourcing services to Enterprise customers, incorporating On Premises software defined infrastructure, Hyperscale infrastructure, as well as the different “Multi-Tower” capabilities of Singtel including connectivity, security, mobility, etc. Partnering closely with different sales, solutions, product and delivery teams across Singtel, this position will help construct compelling AI assisted multi-domain Outsoucing services that address the business needs of our Enterprise customers while at the same time align with Singtel’s product and technology strategy, operating models and commercial objectives.

We are looking for someone that brings new thinking and is excited about the challenge of driving change with existing and new technologies. The successful candidate should be a self-starter and can build trusting relationships across teams. You will champion the application of industry best practices, Hybrid architecture services strategies, and best practice standards to ensure successful design and implementation of secure, automated and AI assisted Outsourcing solutions across a wide variety of product and solutions offerings. This role will need to drive service development, technology standards, best practices, and governance, and establish the direction to address emerging business requirements across various enterprise customers from different industries..

 

 Make an Impact by:

 

Product Management

  • To manage and enhance existing Outsourcing services portfolio including Advisory, Design, Deployment and Management of hybrid infrastructure, discovery services, observability solutions, Mobility and security management, and other outsoucing solutions
  • To understand the technology and industry landscape and develop a roadmap of new and innovative services to address Enterprise customer challenges
  • To work closely with Sales and presales to drive sales pipelines and develop customer opportunities
  • To support sales and pre-sales and provide advice relating to the various service offerings for NSS Outsourcing services 
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, POCs, and discussions to drive adoption of Singtel Outsourcing Services
  • Collaborating with internal product, engineering and delivery teams as well as partners to help define the product strategy and road map, market positioning, launch and continuing refinement of NSS Multi Tower solutions
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitor products and services
  • To develop technical reference architectures, service schemes, service levels, and statement of works for Outsourcing services. To identify relevant tools and automation solutions to drive efficiencies, improve governance, security and resiliency of the solutions.
  • To develop all product collaterals (battlecards, playbooks, sales kits, Internet / Intranet content) to enable effective GTM initiatives
  • To develop and maintain templates for contracts and service terms between Singtel and customers
  • To develop reference templates including service templates, statement of works, service levels, workbooks / playbooks / runbooks, etc based on industry best practices
  • To incorporate AI and observability capabilities to augment our outsourcing capabilities, and improve productivity as well as responsiveness
  • To drive GTM initiatives with marketing and conduct events / customer presentations to increase awareness of the solutions offerings and also drive new sales pipelines
  • To conduct regular business reviews and Sales cadences to ensure progress against strategic priorities and financial targets

 

Partnerships

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with Technology and Service Partners, including Broadcom / VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft (Azure), Amazon Web Services, Hashicorp (Terraform), Redhat (Ansible), Kentik, Device 42, etc
  • To drive enablement for sales, pre-sales and delivery teams
  • To ensure that the requisite certifications for product management, sales, pre-sales and delivery are well defined and achieved by the respective stakeholders.
  • To manage the partner programs of the key technology partners and ensure that we meet the required partnership criteria and targets
  • To evaluate new technology development and innovations from partners for continuous service enhancement and new service development

 

Financials

  • To achieve revenue and margin targets for Outsourcing services
  • To manage the P&L of the business and maximize profitability of the business
  • To work with delivery teams to ensure business case commitments are met, and drive continual cost optimization to improve product profitability
  • To develop deal specific business cases and ensure finance and product clearance

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, pre-sales, product architecting or solutions design
  • You have experience with Outsourcing architecture design and services operations, Product Management or technical business development, and be very familiar with Outsourcing, Generative AI, Cloud and automating various cloud blueprints for clients, as well as defining new pat
