Make an Impact by:
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for 5G-enabled enterprise mobility solutions.
- Develop use case-driven offerings that leverage Singtel’s 5G+ network slicing capabilities to create differentiated value.
- Drive end-to-end product ownership, including business case development, commercial models, and P&L accountability.
Solution Design & Go-to-Market
- Design modular, scalable solution bundles integrating 5G+ services with cloud-managed platforms and enterprise devices.
- Build comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and packaging to support both direct and channel-led sales motions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and channel enablement teams to launch, position, and scale the product across priority verticals.
Ecosystem & Platform Integration
- Collaborate with device OEMs, application providers, and system integrators to co-develop and co-market innovative solutions.
- Work with engineering and platform teams to integrate Telco APIs, policy controls, analytics, and customer provisioning into a unified experience.
Customer Engagement & Product Optimization
- Lead pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and early customer adoption programs in industries such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and field services.
- Collect and analyze enterprise customer feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
- Track and optimize KPIs include attach rate, ARPU uplift, NPS, time-to-activate, and solution-level profitability.
Lead Productization & Operational Enablement
- Oversee the technical architecture and end-to-end design of the solution, ensuring adherence to SLAs for availability, resilience, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT, billing, support, and operations teams to design and implement provisioning, billing, and support processes, complete with clear documentation and workflow alignment.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in telecommunications, ICT, or managed mobility services.
- Deep understanding of 5G enterprise use cases, cloud-native architecture, mobile security, and connectivity platforms.
- Proven success in developing and launching subscription-based, platform-led, or as-a-service enterprise offerings.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen.
