Make an Impact by:
- Manage portal development roadmap and prioritise timeline with release development team for Enterprise products.
- Enhance portal UI/UX through design thinking methodologies and benchmarking against global standards, best practices, and API trends.
- Develop initiatives to enhance service orchestration and automation to support multi-vendor, multi-technology, multi-services solutioning and eco-systems.
- Support initiatives that empower AI to deliver advanced analytics, predictive insights and automation for portal users.
- Explore global API standards (such as MEF, TM Forum) along with their recommended practices for portal development.
- Support monetisation strategies to provide XaaS solutions for value generation.
- Align portal development user stories and sprint goals from key stakeholders.
Skills for Success:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Computing or Business management.
- 5 years’ relevant experience in fields relating to management of portal, UI/UX and/or service platforms/ tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and SDKs.
- Interest in standards, certifications and tools.
- Analytical to interpret user stories, logical flows and visualization.
- Stakeholder and launch management skills.
- Self-starter and team player.
