The role is responsible to plan and integrate the use of AI and Data into Enterprise product offerings through an integrated managed services platform. The candidate would be required to understand Enterprise suite of product offerings to identify and explore approaches and tools to integrate AI and Data into these offering to bring about upsell opportunities and drive operations efficiency.

 Make an Impact by:

The Product Manager (Smart Data) role has the following responsibilities:

  • Product management to integrate AI and Data solutions into Enterprise Managed Connectivity and ICT Services product offering
  • Explore and identify AI/ML and AIOps tools to integrate into Singtel platform for integrated service offering with cross-function teams and external partners
  • Create Data driven services to value-add service experience through richer capabilities sell and/or enhanced operations efficiency.  
  • Manage Data services roadmap and its corresponding lifecycle for Enterprise customers’ deployment. 
  • Establish and enable pre-sales to articulate and pitch Data services offering.
  • Co-create with prospective customers to develop new AI and Data use cases to enrich service offering. 
  • Work with various stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) activities and service delivery excellence.

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Min 3 years’ experience in AI/ML, AIOps, data management, analytics and/or related roles
  • Good understanding of data use-cases in major industry verticals, e.g., retail, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.  
  • Ability to analyse a situation and gather data/info to make decisions (i.e., critical thinking)
  • Interest in creating new solutions with AI/ML with the use data tools and technologies.
  • Keen interest in of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
  • Experience in collaborative engagements and new partnerships
  • Knowledge of IP routing technologies.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work in teams to develop and implement new solutions.
  • Good problem solving, communication, presentation, and program management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.
