About Amazon Flex

At Amazon, we’re building a world-class last mile operation powered by Amazon Flex – a platform that connects independent contractors (Delivery Partners or DPs) with delivery opportunities. Through our mobile app and advanced systems, DPs can be their own boss, selecting delivery blocks, navigating routes, and delivering packages to customers across Singapore.

The Opportunity

The Amazon Flex Singapore team is seeking a motivated Program Management Intern to enhance the Delivery Partner experience and drive operational excellence. This internship offers hands-on experience in last mile logistics, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies within one of the world’s most innovative delivery networks.

Key job responsibilities
Business Performance & Analytics

* Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics to track operational health
* Identify trends in DP behavior and preferences through data analysis
* Create actionable insights that drive improvements in DP satisfaction and engagement

Program Management & Problem Solving

* Partner with station management and cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the DP experience
* Build data-driven business cases for program changes and new initiatives
* Design and implement solutions to improve safety, productivity, and quality across the delivery network

AI Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

* Discover and learn Amazon’s AI tools and capabilities, with a focus on practical applications
* Implement AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and enhance decision-making
* Develop training materials and teach team members how to leverage AI tools effectively
* Explore opportunities to integrate generative AI into operational workflows

A day in the life
A Day in the Life

You’ll tackle questions like: How can we improve the experience of thousands of DPs through targeted interventions? Your day might include analyzing delivery data to root cause performance gaps, collaborating with technology teams to design solutions, presenting weekly performance updates to leadership, or experimenting with AI tools to automate reporting processes.

You’ll be at the forefront of making Amazon’s delivery network better—balancing short-term fixes with long-term strategic planning. Your work will directly impact DP satisfaction, operational efficiency, and ultimately, customer experience.

What You Will Learn During This Internship

You’ll gain practical experience in last mile operations, advanced data analytics, and AI implementation while collaborating with exceptional professionals across Amazon’s global operations and technology teams. This role will develop your skills in stakeholder management, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration that will accelerate your career in operations or technology.

Basic Qualifications

– Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or above
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and tools
– Eagerness to learn, implement, and teach others about Amazon’s AI capabilities
– Able to commit to a 6-months full-time internship during 2026
– Expected graduation from Dec 2026 to Aug 2027
– Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

– Currently pursuing a Master’s degree
– Experience with data visualization tools (Quicksight, PowerBI, Domo, Tableau or similar)
– Project management experience
– Background in operations, logistics, or technology
– Hands-on experience with AI tools or generative AI applications
