The Project Planner is responsible for the planning and monitoring of all works, and ensure all project deliverables and milestones are completed and delivered within stipulated timeline. The Project Planner is required to front Client in weekly progress meetings.
What will you do?
- Manage as a planner in project/projects throughout project life-cycle to do all planning and scheduling to the client’s deliverables.
- Interact and set up meeting with the project team to develop the detailed schedule for Required Document Registers
- Prepare, optimizing, maintain and update the project overall schedule (such as manpower Resource loading Histogram, Develops of S-curve -Plan vs Actual progress reports) for the project execution and to ensure project is delivered on-time
- Updating of progress status in schedule such as MS project and identify of differences from baseline plan and report to the project team and its management weekly
- Analyze Critical Path and the constraints, flag up to the Project team and its management. Recommend mitigation and migration plan if any.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and take down minute for the project working com minute of meeting. Ensure submission of the reports on time.
- Identify, review and escalate of high-risk tasks to the risk management.
- Prepare presentation in Dashboard and PowerPoint format to Client for weekly Working Committee Meeting.
- To monitor for procurement status and ordering of equipment.
- Establish and maintain communication channel between project team and Client
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- 1-3 years’ experience in project planning
