The PwC + Me Experience
The Whole Leadership Award is designed for penultimate-year students who embody the principles of trusted leadership and strive to create distinctive outcomes through collaboration, integrity, and critical thinking. As part of this award, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities in a real-world setting and gain valuable professional experience and mentorship.
Information of the Award
Successful applicants will receive the award and the following:

Monetary Token: A $1,000 prize to support your academic and professional endeavours.

Full-Time Associate Opportunity: The winner will be considered for a full-time associate role at PwC starting in 2026 (June/July onwards).

Mentorship with PwC Business Leaders: Access one-on-one guidance and advice from business leaders, helping you to navigate your career path and develop your leadership potential.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for penultimate-year students who:

Demonstrate trusted leadership qualities such as resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Take personal responsibility for driving results, showing initiative in overcoming challenges, and creating positive outcomes.

Have experience leading teams, whether in academic settings, extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other leadership roles.

Are eager to learn and grow through mentorship and real-world experiences.

Are passionate about developing their leadership skills and making a meaningful impact.
Eligibility:

Accountancy, Business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics/Science) Undergraduates pursuing a full-time degree program at a local university

Penultimate Year (i.e. class of 2026)
How to Apply:
To apply for the Whole Leadership Award, please submit the following by 21 March 2025:
1. CV – Highlight your leadership experiences, academic achievements, and any relevant extracurricular activities or internships.
2. Personal Statement (max 500 words) – Tell us why you are the ideal candidate for the Whole Leadership Award. Please address the following in your statement and upload it as a document.

How do you inspire and support growth in yourself and others?

Demonstrate how you take charge to ensure excellence in all your work.

How do you plan to continue developing your leadership skills and contribute to the PwC community?
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person presentation where you will present your leadership experiences, challenges you’ve overcome, etc. More details about the presentation format and expectations will be shared with shortlisted candidates upon notification.
