Our General Assurance Practice works with organisations to navigate regulatory complexities by improving their corporate reporting, and supporting their compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual agreements. Responsibilities 

  • Daily operational actions in Quality Assurance scope 

  • Support the building of statistical reports (data analytics) and report preparation, including transformation processes to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy. 

  • Utilize technology tools to create intuitive dashboards and visualizations that facilitate the interpretation of results. 

  • Collaborate with team members to integrate Microsoft applications and Copilot into the Quality Assurance workstream, improving efficiency and consistency. 

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights on how technology can be further leveraged in the Quality Assurance processes. 

  • Involve any other ad-hoc duties, projects or automation initiatives as assigned 

 

About you 

  • Able to commit full time from September 2026 – February 2027 

  • Polytechnic or University students pursuing studies in any of these areas – Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or any other business/IT related fields 

  • Proficiency in PowerBI / Power Automate / Power Apps / Alteryx would be an advantage 

  • Familiarity with current technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, as well as experience in prompting, is advantageous 

  • Keen to develop themselves in the profession 

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative 

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
