Make an Impact by:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of Service Delivery Operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and de-brief areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Submit a comprehensive audit report detailing findings and recommendations on identified issues.
- Conduct monthly briefing session with Operations to share areas of improvement.
- Verify data entered for completed jobs against established benchmarks or standards.
- Use system tools to validate the equipment activation status.
- Contact customer to seek service feedback and arrange any follow up.
- Conduct Monthly Quality Monitoring for 6 months.
- Conduct one-on-one in-person engagement sessions for new hires less than 6 months and poor performers.
- Identify areas for improvement through completed jobs and audit report.
- Curating and broadcasting monthly learning articles to promote continuous learning and engagement through digital platform
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting audit in any industry
- Effective presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
- Available to work non-office hours for network incident support and restoration.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
