How It Works

What you do
- Proactively engage in various business development efforts to grow/acquire regional customers in Food and Agricultural/Agri segment.
- Work closely with overseas colleagues and product partners to identify and crystallise opportunities across the entire value chain in Singapore and overseas markets.
- Independent liaison and collaboration with product partners as well as supporting units of the Bank to cross-sell trade, treasury, cash management, capital markets products.
- Responsible for setting and driving account strategy, deepen client relationships for accounts under the RM’s direct care.
- Able to lead discussions with clients to structure financing solutions tailored to specific needs.
- Responsible for preparing credit proposals and reviews (including preparing of in-depth credit risk analysis and close follow-through of the credit submissions).
- Monitor and manage accounts actively to ensure portfolio health, and take timely action when necessary.
Qualifications
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in the Food & Agri sector
- Knowledge and experience in Structured Trade Finance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong credit, financial analysis and cashflow forecasting skills, problem solving abilities
- Independent, self-motivated, pro-active, growth mindset and a good team player
- Well versed with Food and Agri landscape and trends
