What you do: 

The candidate will be part of a Global FI team covering and establishing new banking partnerships within the Financial Institutions segment.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will: 

  • Be the global relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, comprising mainly from the Bank Segment
  • Strengthen the bank’s market position as one of the key “go-to” partner banks in Asia
  • Drive new relationship initiatives, including developing new partnerships, and originating new transactions.
  • Leverage on the bank’s platform, leading cross-functional teams to drive deal execution.
  • Joint customer visits/ calls conducted with product partners or senior managers in understanding client’s business and obtaining new business.
  • Promote financial institutions products across Transaction Banking Services, Loans & Trade Finance Solutions, Debt Capital Markets & Global Markets will be beneficial.
  • Monitor developments in market conditions, regulatory changes, country risk and table relevant updates.

 

Qualifications

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in covering banks across the APAC region and equipped with good writing and presentation skills.  
  • Strong Product knowledge of transaction banking, Trade Finance, Treasury and Capital Markets would be an advantage.
  • Mastery of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, OneDrive) required.
  • Good team player who is driven, pro-active with a positive attitude and comfortable with a dynamic, fast-changing environment.  
  • Recommended minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
