How you succeed

You will build a portfolio of new middle market clients. Focus on understanding their unique needs and offering tailored financial solutions. You’ll proactively manage your client relationships, identifying opportunities to cross-sell OCBC products and services. Success means consistent client acquisition, increased share of wallet, and a keen eye for identifying businesses ready for growth.

What you do

  • Source and acquire new middle market clients aligned with OCBC’s profile.
  • Develop strong relationships to increase the use of OCBC products and services.
  • Monitor and manage newly onboarded clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Identify high-growth customers for potential transition to our MMEB division.
  • Embrace and implement OCBC’s digital strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking policies and procedures.

Who you are

– You have a degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field.

– You bring at least two years of experience in business banking.

– You possess a solid understanding of business banking products.

– You are driven, energetic, and a quick learner.

– You are results-oriented and thrive as an independent team player.
