Job Summary

The role of the Resourcing Partner (RP), Technology & Operations (T&O) is to drive the delivery of the T&O Resourcing strategy for the lateral hiring across the function. They will need to work in close partnership with Resourcing Leadership Team, HRBPs and other COEs to understand demand and execute on T&O resourcing strategy to fulfil the requirements. This role will report into the Strategic Resourcing Partner for T&O. The role will require knowledge of the latest industry trends, industry leading practices, and insights gained from the design and implementation of large-scale, talent acquisition, talent deployment, onboarding, and transformation programs in similar organisations. 

 

Detailed Responsibilities: 

•    Drive the delivery of T&O Resourcing strategy and partner with key stakeholders to deploy solutions
•    Drive and support key initiatives like Strategic workforce planning, differentiated solution for hiring in critical areas and partner with resourcing delivery team, COEs and business to drive operational excellence.
•    Drive data driven decisions through data and analytics which help transformation and evolution of T&O resourcing strategy.
•    Drive the employer branding agenda for T&O in line with group employer branding guidelines and initiatives.
•    Partner with COEs and HRBPs to ideate successful internal deployment initiatives and execute them.
•    Be a part of the resourcing transformation initiatives sprints at the group level and deliver the resourcing transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategy

•    Collaborate with Senior hiring, Non employer workforce and Early Careers teams to ensure alignment in line with business expectations.
•    Implement targeted role and skill driven strategy to meet the key resourcing KPIs for T&O
•    Build partnerships and work closely with end-to-end CoE teams in relation to compliance standards and delivery of end-to-end resourcing e.g. Staff Screening, On-boarding.
•    Drive consistency and continuous improvement across Resourcing globally

 

Business

•    Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, cost constraints, employee experience and HR best practices in solution design.
•    Set direction and present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offs. 
•    Provide resourcing performance analysis and drive continuous improvement in Specialist services using data and reporting to offer insights to relevant stakeholders.

 

Processes

•    Drive robust tracking, and reporting framework for the end-to end resourcing process including MI, Dashboards, metrics, KPI reporting and analysis, for monthly business reviews and other strategic purposes
•    Close analysis of available metrics to understand service delivery challenges; work collaboratively to resolve these through drawing together all relevant stakeholders.
•    In depth knowledge of Resourcing processes and understand regulatory / compliance requirements; interpreting into necessary actions and incorporating in processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
•    Review all relevant Process Operating Instructions (POIs) as required.
•    Work in partnership with the business to remove any obstacles to delivery.

•    Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to drive a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
•    Create and maintain a culture of open communication at all levels which subsequently filters through to excellent customer engagement.

Risk Management
•    Work with CoE teams to ensure all end-to-end Resourcing processes across T&O are followed in line with policy to mitigate any risk exposure.
•    Understanding of operational risks in areas of responsibility.
•    Proactive risk management; remain vigilant in identifying and managing forward-looking risks, flagging potential problems to relevant stakeholders in advance of issues arising.
•    Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to issues once they have arisen.
•    Drive a culture of continuous improvement, learning from past failures to ensure constant control and governance awareness and prevent reoccurrences.
•    Ensuring all reporting and metrics are delivered to pre-agreed standards.
•    Embed the Group’s Valued Behaviours and Code of Conduct across the team.

Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years of deep resourcing experience, gained at senior levels across a complex, multinational environment
  • Personal authority & ability to establish relationships and influence at senior levels within an organisation
  • As with all post-holders at this level, exemplary integrity, independence, and resilience
  • Commercial awareness & business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; multi-cultural awareness & sensitivity
  • Proven experience in resolving service issues to mutual satisfaction.
