The AI Factory is dedicated to driving AI innovation and excellence across our network. Our mission is to facilitate collaboration across PwC network and territories to build faster and impactful AI solutions for client service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end AI products tailored to specific business needs.
  • Lead business development: identify and shape new opportunities, drive go-to-market activities, craft compelling proposals, build relationships, and shape solution narratives to secure new business.
  • Build and mentor teams: lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers while cultivating a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor: counsel clients on trends and best practices in AI strategy and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience across data, AI, and analytics, including several years in consulting or a comparable internal transformation role leading initiatives from strategy through delivery.
  • Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑level projects.
  • AI/ML: solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
  • Cloud platforms: experience with leading clouds, e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Programming: Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Python) and familiar with at least one front-end language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript)
