Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

How will you value-add? 

  • Supporting end to end engagement process from client onboarding administration with respect to PwC systems up until project closure. 

  • Regularly extract and analyze data to provide valuable advice to engagement teams on managing engagement economics efficiently. 

  • Work closely with managers to ensure timely payments from clients 

  • Co-ordinate with internal teams on reporting and required submissions    

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the PwC’s protocols and requirements are followed 

  • Compiling and analyzing data for reports 

  • Participates in new system(s) testing 

  • Other adhoc matters 

 

About you 

  • Self-sufficient (can handle tasks on his/her own) and can ask for support when needed 

  • Good positive attitude and adaptable to changes in processes and systems 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Oracle is advantageous 

  • Strong communication skills to interact with engagement teams and other stakeholders 

  • Can dive in quickly and keep track of all actions steps and keep them pushing until successfully completed 

  • Minimum three years of working experience in an administrative or business support role
